Handcent SMS and GO SMS Pro are just over complicated, bloatware and sloooow. chomp SMS is easier to use, it's way faster and it's pretty cool. I love chomp SMS!!!

Love it Switched from GoSMS and chomp doesn't disappoint! A lot easier and smoother to customize than the other ones. Love it.

What's in this version:
* When using the insert contact details feature you can now search for contact names.* For Quick Compose we now optimise the layout height.
* MMS messages now play a sound when sending (like text messages). This is for Jellybean devices only.
* Fixed up a bunch of force closes and squashed some yukky bugs!

As reviewers said, does NOT work well with MMS. I could send media, but it became unresponsive when receiving.
Much faster than GoSms, and its lock feature is great for hiding pictures or texts you get sent! Great app guys, keep it up with the updates
Easily the best SMS app out there. Lots of features, fast and easy to use.
My friend told my to download this. I figured the one on the phone already was fine, this surprised me with all the custom options they give you. Glad I took my friends advice, i highly recommend this.
I love this app, its quick easy and convenient. Love the popup and it keeps multiple msgs too, for those times you dont always get one after you got a new one like with the aosp sms app.
No glitches, runs smoothly, love the fact I can customize everything. I use it along with SwiftKey on th Optimus G and no problems!
